Description -

Aptenia cordifolia is a perennial, prostrate, ground-covering herb with small heart-shaped, glossy green succulent leaves sparkling in the sun. It stays green year-round. Plants grow no taller than about 7-10 cm but can climb on neighboring vegetation up to 2 m tall, and forming a thick mat by growing over itself.It prefers well-drained, sandy soils.
